• Unless otherwise stated, Fortune Stays and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Fortune Stays.
• You may view and/or print pages from our website for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

3. User Accounts

4. Bookings and Payments

By making a booking, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the accommodation as described on the website. All payments are subject to the terms of our payment gateway provider.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All bookings made with Fortune Stays are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the booking terms mentioned at the time of reservation.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, early check-outs, or no-shows.
• Any applicable refund amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to payment gateway processing timelines.
• Advance payments, subscription fees, or promotional bookings are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Fortune Stays reserves the right to deduct applicable charges for administrative costs, damages, or unpaid dues before processing a refund.
• Refunds will not be applicable in cases of violation of house rules, misconduct, or termination of stay due to policy breaches.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fortune Stays, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website whether such liability is under contract. Fortune Stays shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.

7. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Chennai for the resolution of any disputes.
